Whether you're a client or not, these specialized classes focus on specifc aspects of health and fitness.

Power Up! *Homeschool P.E.)
Power Up! Is a fun P.E. class for Homeschoolers.
​
Combining basic fitness skills, healthy lifestyle choices and confidence building in a fun, age-appropriate class.
​
Eight-week sessions.
Tuesdays, 11am - Noon, for 7-11 year olds and Thursdays, 11am - Noon, for 12-15 year olds.
​
Registration for Spring session begins
March 14th
​
$50 per child.
10% less for two siblings, 15% less for three or more siblings.
Conditioning 101
Conditioning 101 is an 8-week, small group (8 max) class for Middle/High school runners.
Classes will be held twice a week for one hour, working on running form, strength, stability, endurance and core.
​
We will also cover the psycological aspect of being a competitive athlete, with input from Rob Evans MFT, LPCC, USATF Masters National 100 mile Champion, USATF Track and Field Coach and All-American Athlete.
​
Classes will be held on Mondays and Thursdays, 6:00pm-7:00pm, from Monday, February 6th-Thursday,
March 30th (no class 2/20)

Fit for Life
Did you know the CDC recommends that older adults should engage in moderate exercise and muscle-strengthening activities for two or more days a week?
Or that of all the lifestyle changes that have been studied, taking regular physical exercise appears to be one of the best things that you can do to reduce your risk of getting dementia?

Fit for Life, is a six-week fitness class that includes warm-up, aerobics, balance, strength training and stretching exercises that can be done in a seated or standing position.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30am-9:30am,

While this class is aimed at older adults,
(60 or better,)all are welcome to participate!
