WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?
This can be difficult to explain because it can be many different things, depending on the client - that's what makes it personal! A client can train with me 5 times a week, once a week or even once or twice a month. At the very least we should meet once every 6-12 weeks, this is a critical step to reasses the program, make sure you're progressing and seeing results.
Some clients have a gym membership and see me for a specific goal, such as a 5k or marathon training plan.
When someone signs up to work with me they can expect education, guidance, support and accountability - where your progression is my number one priority, where you will experience variety, safety and effectiveness - all in an environment that allows all the focus to be on you.

FITNESS 101 - BASICS & BEYOND

BASICS - No experience necessary, come as you are - I will teach you the important foundational building blocks on which to set out on your health and fitness journey.

BEYOND - Maybe you've been excercising for a while but you're stuck in a rut and need a tune-up, or maybe you feel like you've reached a plateau and don't know how to break through.
I will meet you where you are and enable you to reach the next level.
